CuffSnap is a public records platform that aggregates arrest records and mugshots from counties across the United States. Our data comes directly from county sheriff offices, jail rosters, and public records requests under applicable state and federal public records laws.
All records on this site are public information. We do not editorialize, add commentary, or make judgments about the individuals shown. Every person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Our Coverage
We cover counties across all 50 states, starting with comprehensive Tennessee coverage and expanding nationally. Records are updated regularly from county jail rosters, FOIA requests, and public records portals.
Our platform serves as a public accountability tool, helping communities stay informed about local arrests and booking activity. We comply with each state's specific public records laws and photo restrictions.
Record Removal
We honor all valid expungement orders and process removal requests for dismissed charges, acquittals, and other qualifying outcomes at no charge.
We Never Charge for Removal
We will never charge anyone to remove their record from this site. Removal is only processed for legally valid expungement orders. We believe public records should remain accessible and that charging for removal is unethical.
